Thunder Ridge Realty — SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description. Thunder Ridge Realty offers an SMS messaging program to keep clients and prospective clients informed about real estate listings, appointments, transaction updates, and related communications from their assigned agent.

How to Opt In. You may opt in by: (1) providing your mobile phone number to a Thunder Ridge Realty agent during consultation, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or similar engagement; (2) submitting a contact form on our website with the SMS consent checkbox selected; or (3) replying START to any message from a Thunder Ridge Realty number.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your real estate activity. Typical frequency is 2-10 messages per month. During an active transaction, frequency may be higher.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at [your phone] or [your email].

Supported Carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
